Lauren Brooks

Lauren Brooks is the new digital content manager for NACS. Prior to joining NACS, Brooks held several marketing-focused positions with CyberVista, SecureSet Academy and INAOC USA Inc. She also was a native English teacher for two years in Saitama, Japan. Brooks earned a B.A. in film from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mylynn Jacobs

Mylynn Jacobs joined NACS as its retail membership engagement manager. Previously, Jacobs was a retail sales coordinator for Pepsi Beverage Company. She’s also worked for the American Nurses Association and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control. Jacobs earned a B.S. in marketing from the University of Maryland and a Project Management Professional certificate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Shawnita Jones

Before joining NACS, staff accountant Shawnita Jones spent seven years with the National Association of College and University Business Officers. Jones earned a B.S. in accounting from Strayer University and an A.A. in business administration from Everest College.

Morgan Neuhoff

Morgan Neuhoff is the new NACS state association advocacy manager. Prior to joining NACS, Neuhoff was a member of the BoatUS government relations team, where she managed federal and state/local issues applying to all recreational boating activities. Neuhoff also worked on Capitol Hill, initially for former Congressman Mick Mulvaney (R-SC), who is now director of the Office of Management and Budget, and later for Congressman Mark Meadows (R-NC). Neuhoff earned a B.A. in government from Wofford College and a J.D. from Ohio Northern University’s Law School.
